Delete My Account
You can request deletion of your SupportBuddy account and all associated personal data at any time. We process all requests within 30 days.

Delete from the app

Open SupportBuddy
Launch the app on your device.

Go to Profile
Tap the Profile card on the Home screen.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted — this action is permanent.

Send us a deletion request
Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete Account".
We'll confirm your deletion via email within 30 days. If you no longer have access to your registered email, include your in-app display name so we can locate your account.
